Advent 2022: Prepare and Rejoice!
The St. Josemaria Institute invites you to join us in preparing our hearts and homes this Advent 2022 as we “Prepare and Rejoice!” for the celebration of the Nativity of Jesus Christ.
Inspired by St. Josemaria Escriva, in the company of Our Lady, we want to “try to imagine how she spent these months, waiting for her Son to be born.” We especially want to seek Our Lady’s help in our: vigilant listening, reading, reflection, personal prayer, and charity towards others.
Each week of Advent, we will be sharing a podcast and suggested readings and activities for your personal prayer:
- First Week | Conversion and Contrition
- Second Week | Prepare the Way of the Lord
- Third Week | Rejoice in the Lord
- Fourth Week | Always Be Ready
All of our current readers and subscribers will receive the weekly Advent podcast and guide in their inbox. If you are not already subscribed, please sign up today (click here).
We will also be sharing Advent reflections from the writings of St. Josemaria Escriva on Facebook and Instagram— follow us (@stjosemariainst) to get and share daily inspiration as we countdown to Christmas!
