The home of Nazareth is the model of every Christi

The home of Nazareth is the model of every Christian family. In the silence and simplicity of daily life, Jesus, Mary, and Joseph sanctified ordinary work, family life, and the hidden sacrifices made out of love.

This month, as we continue our reflection and prayer on marriage and family, we turn to Our Lady, Mother of God, asking her to help our homes become true domestic churches where Christ reigns.

St. Josemaria wrote: “Have recourse to the Blessed Virgin Mary with filial confidence. She will obtain for you the grace to be faithful” (Friends of God, no. 289).

May Our Lady teach husbands and wives to love with generosity and fidelity, parents to lead their children to holiness, and all families to persevere in prayer, purity, charity, and unity. Through the intercession of Mary, may our homes reflect the joy and peace of the Holy Family of Nazareth.

Our Lady of the Family, pray for us!
