The perfect reading companion! This collection of bookmarkers is inspired by St. Josemaria Escriva’s love for spiritual reading and his encouragement to discover God through the pages of good books.
A set of two bookmarkers inspired by St. Josemaria’s words:
“Don’t neglect your spiritual reading. Reading has made many saints. By reading I build up a store of fuel, which fills my prayer with life and inflames my thanksgiving after communion” (The Way, no. 116-117).
A simple reminder to keep growing in holiness, one page at a time.
ABOUT THE DESIGNER
The artwork was illustrated by Stephanie Roberts exclusively for the St. Josemaria Institute.
Stephanie Roberts is a Catholic illustrator and designer living in Parker, Colorado. A wife and mother, she is also the creator behind the Catholic stationery brand, Gratia Design Co, where she shares her faith inspired greeting cards, prints, and other paper goods.
“I am so grateful and honored to be able to create several pieces for the St. Josemaria Institute. The life and words of St. Josemaria Escriva have been an inspiration to me for many years. His quote, ‘The saint is not the person who never falls, but rather the one who never fails to get up again’, is one in particular that I try to keep ever present in my mind! My hope is that these designs will give others little reminders to ask for this wonderful saint’s intercession and inspire them in their own journey to sainthood.
