The feast day of St. Josemaria Escriva (June 26) is a very special day for us at the St. Josemaria Institute. It’s a day to give thanks and to renew our devotion and trust in the intercession of our patron saint. One of our favorite ways to prepare for the feast day is praying the annual Novena to St. Josemaria, and we’d love for you to join us!

ABOUT THE NOVENA TO ST. JOSEMARIA ESCRIVA | JUNE 17-25, 2026
St. Josemaria Escriva stressed to all Christians the meaning and importance that God’s will for us is that we be saints. Through this novena, we will turn to St. Josemaria to help us renew and strengthen our personal goal of holiness.
Along with our individual intentions, we seek St. Josemaria’s intercession to help us deepen our love and gratitude for our daily work and everyday life, which is the way along which God calls each one of us to holiness. Each day of the novena includes excerpts for reflection from Scripture and the writings of St. Josemaria followed by the daily prayer for his intercession. We look forward to praying the novena with you as we prepare to celebrate and give thanks for the holy life of St. Josemaria.

As we approach the Feast Day of St. Josemaria, we invite you to privately share your prayer requests or prayers of gratitude for a favor received through the intercession of St. Josemaria. All the intentions shared with us will be especially remembered at a Mass offered on June 26th.
