On this feast day of Our Lady of Sorrows, we’re re On this feast day of Our Lady of Sorrows, we’re reminded that Mary’s sorrows were not separate from her love for Christ. She remained faithful to Him through every trial, standing at the foot of the Cross. In our own lives, we too encounter crosses, disappointments, illness, loss, and suffering. Mary teaches us not to flee from the Cross, but to remain close to Jesus and unite our sufferings to His.
