PODCAST | A Reflection on the Universal Call to Holiness

In this podcast, Fr. Peter Armenio, a priest of Opus Dei, guides us in our prayer to see that it is God’s will for us to become saints.

Reflecting on the example of the saints and the Catholic Church’s tradition of canonizing saints, he points out the importance of recognizing our own call to holiness and sainthood.

Lastly, we learn how genuine holiness overflows to fill the hearts and souls of others with its superabundance.

Correction note:  In this podcast, Fr. Armenio  mentions that St. Thomas More was canonized by Pope Paul VI in the 1970’s.  This is incorrect.  St. Thomas More was canonized by Pope Pius XI in 1935.
