Lent 2023: Repaying Love with love

Beginning on Ash Wednesday (February 22, 2023), the St. Josemaria Institute invites you to join us each week of Lent as we open ourselves and our hearts to Jesus Christ, especially in the Holy Mass and the Eucharist. Each week, we’re sharing resources to help guide us as we:

    • Listen to His word in Scripture (Sunday readings)
    • Pray the Holy Rosary contemplating the mysteries
    • Converse with Our Lord through guided meditations (podcast) and spiritual reading
    • Reflect upon and live the Lenten practices: prayer, fasting, and almsgiving
    • Prepare for and approach the Sacrament of Confession and the Eucharist

Inspired by St. Josemaria Escriva’s example, let’s strive for our Lenten devotions and practices to be manifestations of love, full of finesse and refinement, on the part of souls who know how to “repay Love with love.”
